Information for Speakers

General Information:

The official conference language is English.

Talks will be presented in 20 minutes oral presentations plus 5 minutes for discussion.
In all lecture halls you will be provided a data projector ("beamer") and an overhead projector. Please keep in mind that, due to time restrictions, we will not allow the use of own laptops.

Authors are encouraged to submit your presentations in advance of the conference until 15.09.2011 would be helpfully

Please make sure that you save your presentation's file with your True Type fonts included (Extras > Options > Save : tick True Type fonts embedded).

For uploading/sending your presentation please sending us your presentation (preferably Power Point) as an Email (umh@geo.tu-freiberg.de).

Furthermore, if you like, just as a backup, bring your CD or USB memory stick to the registration desk well in advance of your presentation.
