Cancellations must be sent to us in writing by mail, fax or email.

For cancellations received before July 31st, 2011 90% reimbursement of your conference fee is provided; 50% until August 31st, 2011.

Special events are not subject to reimbursements.

No refunds will be issued after August 31st, 2011; however, it is possible to send a substitute delegate.
