Conference proceedings

Oral and poster presentations are published in Freiberg Online Geosciences (ISSN 1434-7512, http://www.geo.tu-freiberg.de/fog/).

The conference proceedings with 4 to 8 pages for each paper (talks and posters) will be available with the workshop and on the world wide web. Detailed instruction how to submit the papers and the publisher's format requirements can be found here: author's guidelines.

Deadline for submission (camera ready) is April 26th 2009 at the latest, early submission is strongly encouraged.

Talks

Official conference language will be English. We will provide data projector, overhead projector, and dia projector.

If you bring not along your own notebook, please make sure that you save your presentation's file with your True Type fonts included (Extras > Options > Save: tick True Type fonts embedded).

 

Posters

Material for attaching the posters and illustrations will be supplied by the the organizers.

As a major guidline it is proposed to make the poster intelligible in itself, even in the absence of the author. It is suggested do divide the contents of each poster into introduction, results and conclusions. The poster should be legible from distance of 2 - 3 meters. Please use colours, symbols and schemes for improved clarify.
