Emplacement of magmas in the Earth’s crust especially silicic magmas at
subvolcanic level, CSD-Analysis and crystallisation histories of igneous
rocks.
Stereological problems concerning determination of 3D-Size-Distributions
from 2D-Sections. Regional Geology of E Germany and the Oslo area
(Norway) during Permo-carboniferous times (in cooperation with Dr
Dougal Jerram, University of Durham, UK); Tertiary laccoliths in S-
and Central US (Utah, Texas).
